Whole grains and seeds if properly stored will last a very long time. Scientists have even germinated and planted seeds found stored at the time the pyramids were built. Don't expect similar results, our point is that properly stored grains and seeds can last a very long time. Whole grains and seeds are versatile sources of food and vitamins and should be considered within your emergency preparedness planning.

All products listed below are certified organically grown then packaged and transported in a manner befitting food for human consumption. Due to the seasonal nature of farm produce there will be times when we run out of stock, we'll do our best to keep our list up-to-date.

Most of the foods listed below are available in 25 kg, 10kG and 5 kg quantities and can be shipped to almost any location in Canada.
